Withdrawal for Consumers

We provide our private customers (consumers) a cooling off period of 7 working days.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded. The term begins to run from acceptance of goods.
However there is no right of withdrawal under § 5f KSchG when our product had to be manufactured to specific customer requirements. (e.g. no standard leatherette)
There is also no right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs.
For cleaning and disinfecting agent is a right of withdrawal only if the goods have not been opened (unsealed).
The cancellation period begins on the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer
(§ 5e KSchG).
The consumer may to withdraw from a distance contract within the 7 working days. Saturdays are not considered business days. For consumers in Germany, we grant a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays included. The withdrawal period begins to run at receipt of the goods to the consumer. It is sufficient if the cancellation is sent within the deadline.
In case of withdrawal, there is a refund of purchase price including shipping costs with the return of goods received by the customer. Goods should be returned unused and in as new condition and in the original packaging. For items that are impaired by use traces, provided they are not caused by proper use, of us an appropriate charge for the impairment will be withheld or collected. The same applies if in return of the product accessories or parts are missing.
The cost of return will be charged to the customer if the price of the returned items EUR 40, – does not exceed.
Or if the consumer at the time of his revocation his contribution has not been completed. Should the goods be returned freight collect, we are entitled to keep a corresponding amount.
